A perfect way to end the year training with my teacher Xande Ribeiro. It was awesome to have him out as he is preparing to enter the European Championships in January of 2025. Training with Xande always brings my Jiu-Jitsu back into focus on what is important. Seeing how he moves and counters so many difficult problems is always incredible. He also trained with many of my other black belts and was very complimentary in how much we represent his style of pressure and movement in Jiu-Jitsu.
Another year of great training and really fills me with gratitude to have such great training partners. Sharing the mats with world champions James Puopolo, Victor Hugo, Rafael Lovato Jr and Xande Ribeiro these last 3 months is truly a gift and helps keep me energized about bringing the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to my students.
